Disability and Pram Access

The Box Hill office is on the ground floor of the Town Hall Hub. There are no steps at the front door and ECLC staff can happily open both doors for easy access, if you require.

The Boronia office driveway is on a medium incline, which may cause difficulties if you are in a wheelchair or use a walking aid. ECLC staff are happy to assist you up the driveway. Please let them know when you are making an appointment, so they can be ready to meet you on Floriston Road.
